Project Initiation

Upon starting a project, a detailed scope of work and project timeline will be established and communicated. This includes milestones, deliverables, and timelines to set clear expectations.

Client Collaboration

At Skelio Digital, we value collaboration. Open communication, regular updates, and feedback are encouraged throughout the project to ensure the final outcome aligns with client expectations.

Quality Assurance

Every project undergoes thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee performance, security, and user satisfaction.

Project Revisions

We understand adjustments may be needed. Skelio Digital offers a reasonable number of revisions during the design phase to ensure the deliverables match your vision.

Timely Delivery

We are committed to delivering projects on agreed timelines. Any changes or delays will be promptly communicated, and alternate arrangements will be discussed.

Client Approval

Before final deployment, clients will review the completed project. Feedback is encouraged, and approval will be requested prior to launch.

Ongoing Support

Skelio Digital provides post-launch support for troubleshooting, updates, or questions. Clients may reach us anytime through our Contact page.


Refund Policy – Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Skelio Digital, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, we recognize that circumstances may arise. Our refund policy ensures fairness for both clients and our team.

Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted to our Refund Department at refund@skeliodigital.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are only valid if:

  • The request is made within 12 hours of receiving the initial design samples.

  • No revisions have been requested on the design samples provided.

  • The request is formally communicated to our support team.

Refund Not Applicable When:

  • A special package was purchased.

  • The primary design concept was approved.

  • Revisions were requested.

  • Cancellation reasons are unrelated to Skelio Digital.

  • No client communication for more than 2 weeks.

  • A different designer/agency was engaged for the same project.

  • A complete design change is requested.

  • The refund request is outside the stated timeframe.

  • Business closure, name changes, or “change of mind” scenarios apply.

  • Services like Social Media Management, SEO, Domain Registration, and Hosting are non-refundable.

  • For websites & mobile apps, refunds are not available once the design is approved for development.

Claiming Your Refund

  • Concerns should first be reported via phone, live chat, or email.

  • Our team will attempt to resolve issues via revisions.

  • If unresolved, a refund approval will be issued by our refund department.

Post-Refund Conditions

Once a refund is processed, all design rights revert to Skelio Digital. Clients may not use or display refunded designs.


Delivery Policy

  • All deliverables will be provided via the client’s account area and confirmed via email.

  • Typical delivery for design files is 5–7 working days, depending on the project scope.

  • A design order reference number will be issued upon purchase for easy tracking.

  • Rush Delivery: First logo samples can be delivered within 24 hours for an additional $100 fee.


Revision Policy

  • Unlimited revisions are available during the design phase (as long as the concept remains unchanged).

  • Standard revision turnaround: 48 hours.

  • Website & mobile app revisions apply only to the design stage — no revisions are accepted after development begins.

  • 2D and 3D projects are limited to 3 revisions.


Communication Channels

Official communication may take place via:

  • Live Chat

  • Email

  • Customer Service Call Center

Any communication outside these channels will not be considered valid.


Client Rights

Safe Shopping: All payments are securely processed. Stolen or fraudulent credit card usage is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

No Obligation: Subscribing to updates or notifications from Skelio Digital is free of charge and optional.

Unsubscribing: Clients may unsubscribe or adjust notification preferences anytime via their account.

Updates: Occasionally, clients may receive updates about new services or offers. Preferences can be changed anytime.


📌 Note: Use of stolen or fraudulent credit cards is a criminal offense. Skelio Digital works closely with relevant authorities to prevent cybercrime and prosecute offenders.

This is a staging enviroment
